Awakening The Master

“Awaken The Master within yourself that only awakes by relentless resolve. For only the person who decides they will conquer or die, but never compromise, that is the person that will achieve everything they set out to do. But remember I said the person who decides. Decision is like a sacred weapon not to be taken lightly. Being firm in decision is akin to having a sharpened chisel, being weak in decision is as if your chisel turned into wood. Many don’t realize how pertinent decision is. Find a person who cannot remain consistent, or one who cannot achieve what they set out to do and at the root of it all, is some form of indecision. To decide is to cut off all other options thus being left with a one pointed focus toward the task at hand. Many have goals, tasks, assignments, worthy of being completed but somehow still being neglected. Never let environment, feelings, limiting beliefs overcome you. The master within cannot come out because it is buried in the aforementioned. Decision, vision, and resolve is what digs, and digs, cuts through, and forces the awakening of the master within. The Master is engulfed in the Art Form day by day perfecting, refining, studying, rehearsing, and performing. The Master is not influenced by the world because he is suspended in the world that he is building. So what keeps you from honing your craft, and what keeps you from building your world. For the answer is simple if only you reflect. You spend too much time engulfed in the worlds of others, obsessing over the opinions of others, or perhaps too busy with the duties of life, and this has stopped you from building your world and honing your craft. The external forces are apparent, so you must develop a sharpened blade of decision, and cut through all distractions with power and tenacity. Who you want to become must be valued more than who you are now. And who you want to become should be internal, it is the process of summoning The Master within. If you are a person whose identity is not firmly rooted, and your outward proclamations are parallel with falsehood, then you can never sit in the seat of The Master. Mastery, true artistic mastery is only attained through virtue, discipline, honor, integrity, structure, and all of the fine qualities that prove pure, and good, and excellent in the sight of the Most High. This noble position is not easily attainable and many will stumble off the path, even some will never find the path, but the one who can establish attention for sustained periods of time is the one who will summon the master and build monumental worlds. It is best that you have a wholehearted belief in a Godly purpose for your mastery, for is this not the most efficacious inward frame of reasoning. For when one believes his purpose is commissioned by The Most High, then what feeble external influence is there that can prevent it. Even the most horrendous obstacles aren’t enough to obstruct the resolve of this individual. I hold it as a settled conviction that the only thing which can prevent one from prevailing is the temperament of one’s own soul. An unwavering disposition will persevere until every obstacle comes to naught. A weak and uncertain disposition however, will cause one to falter at the first whisper of adversity. Therefore be unchanging and steady and most of all uncompromising, for it is beneath the dignity of The Master to relinquish his standard. Realize that human beings only rise as high as their standard. The standard of The Master is excellence in every endeavor which they set out to pursue. So the way has been given, and it is your duty to abandon all excuses, limiting beliefs and distractions. For the longer you spend in the oblivion of indecision, the more you become bereft of authority. If you fail to approach life with seriousness, or fail to fix your attention on the calling from the Highest, you will only waste away and die destined to the eternal damnation of regret and wasted potential. “

The above is from the first podcast I created. The idea that I am conveying involves a “Master” already being within you. Now many will listen and or read this and not understand why I refer to mastery in such a way, as if it is innate. The understanding of the idea that I’m conveying lies within the Parable Of The sculptor and the stone. The sculptor is a man of extraordinary vision, he is able to coax life from the lifeless. Commoners may see a monolithic slab of stone and think nothing of it, because to the ordinary eye it is just stone, but to the sculptor it is potential incarnate. When the sculptor begins to craft this stone, he adds nothing to it, all he needs is the intangible qualities, vision, patience, diligence and the mind which holds all the rudiments of the Art Form. Then with his chisel in hand, he begins to chip away at the excess, until he reveals the Masterpiece that was underneath all along. The True Art Form  involves digging and carving until you get to the Mastery that was already within, waiting to be shaped by vision and effort. Not only did the sculptor shape the stone, but the chiseling was shaping the mind which governed the process. The discipline, the patience, the refusal to surrender to doubt, these were the real works of art. So the idea behind this podcast was meant to provoke you to think of what raw, unshaped material lies within you, waiting to be freed? Do you have the will to endure the chiseling, the breaking, the removal of all that is unnecessary? Or will you, like the onlookers, see only the rock and never the form hidden inside? Remember this, greatness can only be revealed from within you. But only if you dare to carve away all that is not you.
